Remembrance

Our challenge this fortnight at Ooh La La Creations is "More than one Fold" chosen by Julie.   For my card I have used a beautiful image from the Carnival of Colour cd which can be purchased HERE.  This cd has such a lot of beautiful images which can be used for any occasion.  I thought these poppies were very apt for this week.  I have used a die to cut this card in black and have added gold mirror card (which is a pain to photograph because I kept seeing myself in it!) and then I die cut some Marianne flowers which kind of look like poppies, filled the centres with black beads and added some pine leaves from a Signature die because they kind of looked like poppy leaves!

I am entering the following challenges:

"Poppies/Remembrance" at All Sorts
"Bonfire Colours" at Divas by Design
"Sparkle & Shine" at Moving Along with the Times
"Use a Punch or Die" at Through the Purple Haze
"Shaped Cards" at Little Claire's Designs
